Bryan Boyenko came to Wainwright over 13 years ago, buying and eventually building is own new Value Drug Mart pharmacy in the town of Wainwright. And since then, he’s found that the personal and exceptional service at Encompass Credit Union has been something that has kept his loyalty.
his head office had to be through ATB, but after a while, Boyenko’s experiences
as a personal member made him want to move his business banking to the credit
union as well.
“Much like many small businesses, you get that personal service and that one-on-one,” said Boyenko, “you’re not just a number.
“Anything I’ve needed over the years, they’ve been quick to help and have provided exceptional customer service,” said Boyenko. “I received much better service than you’d expect in a big city. It’s been great to have a representative that looks out for us.”
Recently, the Boyenkos are getting a new home built, that Financial Services Officer Aprile Buck has been in his corner to help him out with his construction mortgage, after Helen McIntosh retired. “We’ve always been comfortable with Helen handling everything, but Aprile has stepped in and been awesome.”
